Carnaby

Carnaby Street oozes style all year round. That's why on Thursday the 5th of May, communications agency Sister threw the epic event #StyleNight. It was a chance for everyone to get involved with all kinds of street entertainment, Photographic experiences, freebies and of course 20% off everything in store. It was a hella fun night and here are 7 reasons why:

1. The #INSTANT Polaroid People

One of the crowd favorites of the night was the #INSTANT Polaroid People. Everyone loves a polaroid of course. It's something that won't get lost in the abyss of your internal phone memory. Throughout the night the team handed out 1,000 polaroids to the crowd, who were then able to share them on facebook using a unique code printed on the photo.

2. FREE GIN at Religion

Clothing masters Religion had everyone on the streets not only talking about their trendy outfits, but also about their free gin in the basement. You're always going to make friends by handing out free gin in London.

3. Twitter Vending Machine

Twitter vending machine

Generally, when you post a tweet you receive a 'like', 'retweet' or 'comment'. Tweeters at Style Night were rewarded with tote bags in return for a tweet with the hashtag #StyleNight from a super cool twitter vending machine. Some tweeters were lucky enough to find a hidden voucher of up to £100 in their totes.

4. GQ Style Talks

GQ

GQ came down for a chat and to keep us in the style know. Their fashion team shared the latest menswear trends and their top picks for an updated spring wardrobe. Thanks to them, we're going to be sexy all spring long!

5. #STYLENIGHT GIF BOOTH

The public was invited to show off their Carnaby style in a specially designed GIF booth that snapped five photos of people in different poses. There was a staggeringly long queue of London's most stylish throwing shapes down the lens all night long [all night.. all niight long].

6. SINEAD HARNETT KILLIN' IT!

7. THE CHEESE TRUCK

The Cheese truck

Wafts of melted cheese could be found tingling noses all throughout Carnaby street. The Cheese Truck was the source of the cheezy frenzy. They were handing out free toasties all night long, tantalising the tastebuds of those who were smart enough to get down to the truck.

Oh.. and this Guy!
