Fitness First and Viral Media House asked us to design a video to demonstrate their latest campaign BioScore and encourage viewers to take part in the physical test themselves in-house at Fitness First gyms nationwide. The test itself allows the participants to produce an accurate gauge of their biological age against their real age with the aim of designing a personalised training programme to tackle select elements that can be improved in their lifestyle.

To exhibit how slightly different lifestyle choices can effect your biological age we used identical twins to showcase the tests accuracy. Using a varied demographic of participants we were able to prove that even the most similar of people and their small lifestyle differences can have dramatic result to you BioScore.
